Customer Notice – JCB LiveLink 4/11/2024
As you may be aware, JCB are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the LiveLink platform. As a result, LiveLink Classic is temporarily unavailable. The JCB technical team are working to resolve the issue, as a matter of urgency.

LiveLink users will have experienced difficulties accessing the platform since Thursday and JCB apologises unreservedly for any inconvenience caused to customers and dealers. Rest assured,JCB are working as a matter of urgency to restore normal levels of LiveLink service.
The root cause of the issue rests with a third-party technology provider, whose systems underpin much of the day-to-day functionality of the LiveLink system. JCB is working very closely with this organisation to resolve the matter as soon as possible. However, it is unclear at this stage how long it will be before LiveLink comes back online.
