The ideal candidate will have experience within the agricultural, construction or industrial industries who wishes to work on market leading equipment. Our main franchises are JCB, Amazone, Krone, AVR, Claydon, Larrington and Teagle.

Operational base
• Ely or Ramsey [Relocating to Chatteris late 2025]

The role objectives
Supporting a team of Territory Service Managers organising the daily activities of a team of engineers, primarily agricultural and also including horticultural and vehicle-based repairs. Working alongside Service Administrators processing engineers time clocking’s and job cards to the point of invoicing and warranty claim submission. You will be involved in keeping customers informed of updates on work being carried out. You will work with other internal departments in order to ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities of a team of engineers
• Support and guide engineers to resolve faults
• Assist with the daily operation of horticultural support
• Assist in the upselling of aftersales opportunities
• Work to KPI’s
• Manage and process information using company IT systems and programmes
• Process digital data from engineers to invoice.
• Supporting relevant roles due to holiday and sickness.

Essential requirements
• Able to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Can do attitude to resolve issues.
• Follow the company’s health and safety policy and procedures at all times.
• Valid full driver’s licence.
• Confident communication skills to internal and external contacts.
• Maintain high levels of standards and discipline.

Benefits
• Salary £competitive dependent on experience. Basic working hours 40 hours per week Monday to Friday – 8.00 -17.00 [1 hour lunch] (plus additional hours to meet seasonal demands and out of hours support).
