AVR Soil Cultivators
MultiForce – Front Cultivator
Planting bed preparation is a crucial element in the cultivation of potatoes. The MultiForce is a powerful, high-capacity cultivator, optionally executed with a six-tine system, which ensures a uniform crumbling of the soil and can operate at a considerable depth. The MultiForce is mounted to the front of the tractor for use in combination with a rear-mounted planter, but can also be used, after a slight modification, as a rear-mounted soil cultivator. The aim during development was to keep the machine as compact as possible and still be able to offer the advantages of the large rotor diameter and the 6-tine design as a cultivator.
Key Benefits:
- Uniform crumbling (128 hook tines or 192 (optional)): less dust, no clods
- No chance of smearing underneath the ridges, making it possible to plant earlier in the season
- A higher capacity with a lower consumption
- Creating ridges in front of the tractor and installing culture wheels on the tractor facilitates planting in unbeaten soil at the rear
- Good working depth, good ridge height
GE-Force – Hook Tine Cultivator
The perfect preparation for a profitable harvest
A good start is the perfect base for an excellent end result. A good soil preparation leads to optimal growth conditions and a good, high-quality product. In short: the AVR GE-Force is an investment that reimburses itself by maximizing your profits.
Key benefits:
- A vibrating hood (mounted in springs) to prevent earth to stick to the inner hood.
- In case of the full field cultivator there are clamps with tines to mount on the rotor to complete the interrow rotor to the full field version.
- For very stony soils, you can choose for spikes in stead of tines on the rotor.
- The cultivator is also available with 6 tines on the rotor iso 4. The same crumbling result is possible with less rpm. So the power demand and as a consequence the fuel consumption show a significant reduction, a striking reduction of 33% is proven in practice.
Combi Machine – Ridger
The AVR Combi machine combines three functions in one frame. By simply switching some components, you can choose which machine to use:
- Ecoridger: scraping weeds from the ridges
- Speedridger: building the ridges
- Weeder: cutting weed
Thanks to this machine, shaping beds and preventing weed growth has never been easier. The secret of the Combi machine is its inventive weight transfer system that uses the tractor’s weight to exert pressure on the ridging hood.
Key Benefits:
- Mechanical weed control
- Inventive hydraulic transmission of weight by using the hydraulics and weight of the tractor to put pressure on the ridging hood in the back
- Crumbling tines can be chosen depending on conditions/soil types in which the machine will be used
- Using the eco elements, ridging is possible with protruding crops
Compact Rear Cultivator –
Preparing the fields for optimum yields
The AVR Compact cultivator is a full field cultivator for use in combination with a planter or seeder. Cultivating, crumbling, planting and ridging can be executed behind the tractor in one working passage, which means wide tires can be used. This compact cultivator is equipped with a three-point linkage system, to which a Ceres planter can easily be coupled.
Key Benefits:
- Best possible planting bed preparation behind the tractor.
- No frontal PTO drive shaft necessary.
- Compact, weight close behind the tractor.
- Culti set for soil loosening prior to planting bed preparation.
