Aftersales Administrator – Maternity Cover
Start date: 1st July 2025 for a minimum of one year
Basic working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Dereham, Norfolk
Overview
We are looking for an Aftersales Administrator to cover role for maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator and would be advantageous to have worked in a similar role before. Our main franchises are JCB, Amazone, Krone, AVR, Claydon, Larrington and Teagle.
Responsibilities
• Process engineers daily time to prepare reports for weekly overtime
• To process engineers digital job cards from the point of completion by the engineer to the end process of passing over to warranty/invoicing
• Processing and verifying data and amendments for workshop jobs to process to invoice
• Analyse and verify parts invoices for correct details matching orders on system
• Manage and carry out day to day administration of the aftersales departments across two depots, Dereham and Rendlesham
• Support with incoming calls
Essential requirements
• Able to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a team
• ‘Can do’ attitude to resolve issues
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills to internal and external contacts
• Follow the company’s health and safety policy and procedures at all times
• Maintain high levels of standards and discipline
Required qualifications and experience
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
• Relevant vocational qualifications e.g NVQ
• Ideally a minimum of two years of finance and administration experience
• Advantageous to have knowledge of using Ibcos Gold dealer management system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Beneficial to have knowledge of warranty claims processes
• Valid full drivers licence
