Lens and reflector design:
Designed specifically for the machine’s ride height and angle of light fixing. Necessary for optimum visibility, light beam efficiency, light beam pattern, ensures adherence to local regulations, first fit increasing machine uptime.
Top coating on reflector:
Strength and life increased, Increased resistance against harmful elements, minimises the problem of the reflector getting rusty /black.
Hard coat on lens:
Reduction in lens breakage, scratches and dents with better beam quality over a longer period of time. Prevention from lens getting dull / yellow over time.
Exterior body:
Necessary to seal the components together, offers good impact protection, minimises breakages and costs.
Weather proofing:
Majority of products are IP69K rated. Water and dust resistance, prevents premature failure, damage to the wiring, resulting in higher productivity with reduced chances of failure.
