Pecks Agricultural Engineering Apprenticeship
A key part to the success of G & J Peck LTD is the apprentice programme. Over 50% of our service team have been though our apprenticeship programme with members progressing through the business to senior management.
Our programme ideally suited to school leavers offers you the ability to earn while you learn. For the 1st 12 months you will work in the depot with engineers to learn the daily tasks involved in supporting the customer. In the second year you will be enrolled, subject to acceptance by our college partner JCB, to Reaseheath College. Throughout the college course you will spend time at college on block release and in-between block you will work in the depots alongside engineers and carry out tasks to complete the course.

This will lead to a qualification in Service engineering on successful passing of an End point assessment.
