As we celebrate our 180th Anniversary, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Role
The Aftermarket Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer retention through the promotion of aftermarket products and services, including spare parts, service contracts, and maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the aftermarket landscape. The role will cover our customer base in Norfolk and Suffolk.
Develop and execute the aftermarket sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
Collaborate with service, operations, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of aftermarket solutions.
Manage pricing, contracts, and proposals for aftermarket offerings.
Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.
Lead and mentor a team of aftermarket sales representatives (if applicable).
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
Essential requirements
5+ years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in agricultural industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of agricultural industry-related equipment/products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed to visit clients and attend industry events.
Ideal Experience
NVQ or related qualifications (preferred)

Working Hours
40-hour week: Monday–Friday
