Customer Notice – JCB LiveLink 4/11/2024
As you may be aware, JCB have recently experienced technical difficulties with the LiveLink platform. As a result, LiveLink Classic was temporarily unavailable.
Updated 11.11.2024:
We are pleased to inform you that the JCB LiveLink platform has now been restored. You should now be able to log in, access machine data, and receive alerts as usual.
Please note: there may be delays while the site synchronises with the data backlog and you may receive an influx of alerts raised by the machines. All other account settings should be restored to their original state.
JCB apologises unreservedly for the inconvenience this has caused. Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

LiveLink users will have experienced difficulties accessing the platform since Thursday and JCB apologises unreservedly for any inconvenience caused to customers and dealers. Rest assured,JCB are working as a matter of urgency to restore normal levels of LiveLink service.
The root cause of the issue rests with a third-party technology provider, whose systems underpin much of the day-to-day functionality of the LiveLink system. JCB is working very closely with this organisation to resolve the matter as soon as possible. However, it is unclear at this stage how long it will be before LiveLink comes back online.
